Absolutely fantastic recipe! The ciabattas turned out perfectly—crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside. They are honestly the best ciabattas I've ever baked. The bread recipes I‘ve tried from Paul are my absolute favourites. Thank you for another amazing recipe!
